此装置是将械加工过程中产生的切削收集、输送至集屑箱中的机床辅助设备。可广泛应用于重型机床、组合机床加工中心、专机自动线产生的长屑、团屑和特殊材料切屑的输送。输送效率高、排屑量大,链条节距为101.6mm/150mm,链板采用5-8mm钢板,结构为铰接式链板。主要零部件均经耐磨及耐腐蚀处理,工作运转平稳,配有机械过载保护装置,安全可靠。(电气过载报警装置可选配)此装置是重型机床单机或车间集中排屑线的理想配套产品。
