HRMDL系列模锻链刮板排屑装置主要由壳体、驱动站、张紧站、模锻易拆链条、整体式刮屑板（可拆式刮屑板）、过载保护装置等部件组成。由驱动站提供输送动力，将切屑沿壳体输送至切屑收集箱。本装置主要适用于组合机生产线、汽车缸体、缸盖加工生产线上的铸铁屑的长距离集中输送。结构简单、维护方便、排屑量大，适合在恶劣的环境下工作，尤其是安装于地沟内，具有线路搭接少、节约空间的优势。

HRMDL series drop-forged rivetless chain scraper chip conveyor consists of shell, drive system,tension system, easy-disassembly drop-forged rivetless chain, integral scraper (removable scraper), and overload protection device and so on. Driving system offersconveyor power to transport chips to the collecting box. This product adapts to transport chips produced by central line and long line combined machine, automobile cylinder block and cylinder head. Its structure is compact, maintenance is convenient. It can remove plenty of chips. This product is fit for working in rugged environment,especially be installed in trench. It has the features of saving space, The transport line doesn’t need to be jointed.
